WEBELOS I HOME
The Cobra Patrol

After completing the third grade or reaching 10 years of age, the Scouts join the special den of Webelos. Webelos I are for fourth graders, Webelos II are fifth graders. Webelos are the transition group from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts.
All Webelos advancement is approved by the Webelos den leader rather than his parent. Webelos change shirts to the tan shirt - the color of the Boy Scout shirt.

The Webelos program is more challenging and works toward the twenty activity badges. All of these achievements work towards earning Cub Scouting's highest award - the Arrow of Light. The Arrow of Light is the ONLY patch that a Cub Scout can take forward into Boy Scouts. The Arrow of Light is awarded in the second year of Webelos (known as Webelos II).
