Our Pack
Cub Scout Pack 137 is a pack where we have chosen to focus on fun, family, and God with our Scouting.

Some Packs become more of a sitting service and we strive for the involvement of at least one parent - hopefully two. As our lives continue to become more busy, we all need to insure that our boys receive the attention that keeps them making good decisions. This can only happen with guidance and the involvement of parents or other adults of the family. We know that schedules do not always allow for this involvemement but we try to keep the adults as participants and mentors in all of our Scouting activities.

Cub Scouts offer a great support structure and if the Scouts are reminded of their Scout Oath they can make good life decisions as they grow up.

Our Organization
Our Pack is a manageable size where we just have the individual Dens within our Pack. The Dens are broken up by age groups and/or grades. Scouts are not required to have completed a previous Scouting level before joining - a Scout can join anytime they wish. Joining at the beginning of the Scouting year makes it easier to progress through the ranks.

The Dens are:
Tiger Cubs - Grade 1 - Ages 5/6
Wolf Cubs - Grade 2 - Ages 6/7
Bear Cubs - Grade 3 - Ages 7/8
Webelos I - Grade 4 - Ages 8/9
Webelos II - Grade 5 - Ages 9/10

The Cub Scouts are the springboard for the Scouts to join Boy Scouts. Webelos help our Cub Scouts transition into being Boy Scouts.
Most all of our Webelos continue scouting into Boy Scouts.
